Rapunzel Support Services has helped thousands of individuals and families to apply for NDIS and to get access to the required supports in the community. From providing emergency assistance to helping people find stable housing, we are proud of the impact we have made. But there is still much work to be done, and we are committed to continuing our efforts.

Our team members have been working to help the participants with different disabilities such as physical, intellectual, cognitive, neurological, visual, hearing or psychosocial disabilities.

Your decision matters. Our participants are given the choices of quality support providers and services details to choose and make a decision according to their preferences.

At Rapunzel Support Services, your need is our first priority. We work with our participants based on their strengths and interest. We value what matters to our participants and focus on their needs to help them live their definition of a good life.

Since our founding in 2005, Rapunzel Support Services has experienced working with different participants of different aged groups including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and Immigrants to Australia respecting multiculturalism.

As per communication, our team members speak more than one language- Nepalese, Burmese, Hindi, Urdu, English.

We work remotely to your location to do paperworks face to face with you at the suitable area. We can be contacted via phone and emails on the weekdays at the opening hours, and also can be requested to have face to face meetings at the weekends. If you have any enquiries on Weekends, our team still accepts emails to check out and make sure your enquiries are prioritized on the Monday mornings.
We acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as the traditional custodians of the land on which we work. We pay respect to the Elders of past, present and emerging and acknowledge their spiritual connection to the country.
